We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Relations Specialist to join our dynamic Sales and Membership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, answering questions, presenting program options, closing contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and supporting our programs' sales efforts. Must be computer and software literate. This position will focus entirely on an online women's bio identical hormone replacement program. Previous medical terminology and PHI understanding a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and zoom call interactions.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Assist customers with their needs by analyzing their requests and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain organized office records and documentation related to customer interactions.
- Utilize computer systems to input data, track customer interactions, and generate fulfillment orders.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficient in office operations and administrative tasks.
- Experience with outbound calling techniques and sales processes is preferred.
- Competent in using computerized systems for data entry and analysis.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
- Experience in credit card processing is an advantage.
