Job Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone consultations with prospective patients.
- Guide patients through the process, answering questions and providing necessary information.
- Encourage patients to schedule and commit to paid doctor consultations.
- Build strong relationships and trust with patients to ensure they are comfortable with the process.
- In free time, cold call potential leads, getting them to schedule an appointment.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize the sales process and patient experience.
- Hit monthly and quarterly KPI's.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in phone-based sales, customer service, or telemedicine roles.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in-office and be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Confidence in handling objections and guiding patients toward a decision.
- Familiarity with telemedicine and healthcare-related sales is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple patient interactions.
- Experience with Calendly, Active Campaign and JustCall is also a plus.

Compensation
$20/hr
5% commission on conversions
1% monthly residual commissions on active patients directly converted
