ABOUT THIS ROLE
Full- and part-time shifts are available during these hours :
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday : 7 : 00 am to 12 : 00 pm
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday : 2 : 30 pm to 6 : 30 pm
- Wednesday and Friday : 7 : 00 am to 12 : 00 pm
As a Front Desk Associate - Treatment Coordinator, you help every patient have positive, smooth experiences at our office. With an upbeat and cheerful attitude, you expertly respond to phone calls, schedule appointments, and complete data entry. You check patients in and out of appointments and accurately collect payments for services. Working closely with your team, you help every patient receive the quality medical care they deserve!
