Hiring a full time RN to work in the Emergency/Outpatient Department, day shift. Applicant must be positive, team oriented, and eager to deliver excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides professional care to patients within scope of practice. Cares for outpatients as well as patients that present to the Emergency Department.
- Integrates policies, procedures, standards, and healthcare provider orders to carry out quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a RN in the State of Iowa or a compact state. BLS required. ACLS required within 6 months of employment. PALS and TNCC certifications required within one year.
Experience:
- At least one year of experience as an RN, Emergency Department experience preferred.
This position is day time hours (7a-7p) including every 3rd weekend, 72 hours per pay period. Applicant must pass background check, drug screen and health assessment including applicable vaccinations prior to hire. Position open until filled.
