Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Hiring a family practice mid-level provider who will provide primary health care and perform selective medical services under the direction of clinic physicians. Experience preferred.  Primary location is Ida Grove, Iowa, but may be asked to float to other area clinics. 

Nurse Practitioner must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and completed an accredited program for Nurse Practitioners including preceptorship. Must be licensed by the Iowa Board of Nursing.  Physician Assistant must have graduated from an approved program and passed the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants’ national certifying examination.  Must be licensed by the Iowa Board of Physician Assistant examiners. 

Applicant must pass a background check, health assessment and drug screen before hiring.
