Position: Mobile Home Park Maintenance Technician

We are a well-maintained, family-friendly mobile home park dedicated to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help us keep our community running smoothly.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of park facilities, grounds, and infrastructure. This role is essential in ensuring a positive living experience for our residents by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and functionality throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on park infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical systems, septic systems, landscaping and irrigation, fences.
- Conduct routine inspections of common areas, and park facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Handle landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, tree trimming, and general beautification.
- Repair roads, sidewalks, and other paved areas as necessary.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of mobile homes within the park.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain park equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure they are in proper working order.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize maintenance projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Support emergency repairs or maintenance needs as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance, handyman, or similar experience required (experience in mobile home parks is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
