Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Duties:
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, including electrical systems, logic controllers, and mechanical components.
- Follow schematics and blueprints to guide maintenance and repair activities.
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment documentation.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Skills:
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Proficient in facilities maintenance, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and ability to program or troubleshoot them is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
- Basic pool experience are preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance.
