Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Duties:
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, including electrical systems, logic controllers, and mechanical components.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment documentation.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service
Skills:
- Rv park maintenance and irrigation experience.
Strong electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Proficient in hospitality maintenance, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic pool experience are preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance.
