Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservationist to join our team. As a Reservationist, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their reservations and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and assist guests with making reservations
- Provide information about RV sites availability, rates, and amenities
- Input guest information accurately into the reservation system
- Process payments and confirm reservations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
Mini mart sales and propane
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software
- Multilingual abilities (a plus)
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
