We are seeking a Detailer to join our team at Horn Rapids RV Service & Sales. This role is essential in ensuring that our RVs are presented in pristine condition for our customers. Your attention to detail will help us maintain our commitment to quality and integrity while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and detail RVs, ensuring they are ready for display or delivery.
- Assist with RV washing and interior cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status and detailing needs.
- Conduct walk-through's with customers on new and used unit's.
- Perform lot maintenance and clean up.
- General cleaning of the dealership facilities.
- Moving of units in the dealership and beyond.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an RV or detailing environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and quality work.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of window tinting techniques is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- We require drug and background screens on all hired candidates.
