Summary

As a Parts Manager at Horn Rapids RV Service & Sales, you will play a vital role in overseeing our parts department to ensure that our customers have access to the necessary components for their RVs. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to quality and integrity while fostering long-term relationships with our customers. Pre-employment drug screening and background check will be conducted on potential hires.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of parts to meet customer demands.
• Oversee the parts department operations, including staff management and training.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with the service department to provide timely parts support for repairs and maintenance.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, orders, and shipments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the handling of parts and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management within an automotive or RV dealership environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective inventory control.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing and terms.
• Familiarity with order management systems is essential.
• Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records is must.
• Basic knowledge of automotive repair or RV components is a plus.

Pay: $55,071.00 - $77,384.00 per year
