About the Opportunity :
The Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist is a hybrid role that bridges the gap between sales enablement, operations, and data management. This position empowers the sales team through training, process improvements, system enhancements, and actionable insights, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support needed to achieve their goals efficiently.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Training and Team Support
- Assist with onboarding and ongoing training for Salesforce, Anchor, and other sales tools to ensure team proficiency.
- Act as an additional point of contact along with the DSOE for troubleshooting Salesforce and Anchor issues, resolving problems promptly.
- Develop and maintain a library of training resources, guides, and best practices for the sales team.
- Support team members with hands-on assistance during system updates or feature rollouts.
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training to address them.

System Enhancements and Testing
Data-Driven Insights and Reporting
