This position requires a greater attention to detail as well as an elevated level of engagement and a desire to develop strong relationships with our different divisions and leaders across the Group.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents such as NDAs, governance changes, and contracts
- Maintain files of all material agreements, corporate records, correspondence, and permits
- Coordinate the execution of documents, including acting as a notary public
- Provide administrative support for attorneys and other members of the legal team
- Review and code external counsel invoices for payment
- Assist with litigation and pre-litigation, including investigations, discovery, and case logs
- Index and track documents being sent to possible complainants
- Assist with corporate entity maintenance and regulatory matters, including liquor licensing
- Assist with M&A due diligence and transaction closings
- Assist with the administration of compliance programs
- Identify relevant legal articles and judicial decisions for cases, and perform other legal research
- Identify business and legal issues and internal process improvements
- Complete special projects and other assignments and job duties as requested
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program, or combination of education/experience
- 2-3 years of substantive experience as a paralegal in a law firm and/or in-house setting
- Florida notary public commission holder
- Experience drafting, cite-checking, and correcting legal documents
- Experience managing medium-to-large-scale document productions
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Working knowledge with case management software
