Freedom Ford in Safford is now hiring Automotive Sales Executive to our Elite Team! We are a family owned and operated auto group, which is great for you because we do not treat you like a number, but more like an Impactful Part of our Team.
We have an Aggressive Pay Plan, great work schedule, and most Importantly Monday- Friday Schedule, with every other Saturday & Sunday off!!

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and make follow-up calls on sales appointments
- Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
- Provide customers with initial product information and guide customers through the sales process.
- Create a repeat and referral pipeline
- Be the product expert
- Generate appointments
- Follow up with leads
- Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications:
- Must have strong computer and phone skill
- Bilingual, Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in Automotive Sales preferred
- Working knowledge of Dealersocket is a plus
- Must have a pleasant phone voice and excellent writing skills
- Team player attitude
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer and phone skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a Current/ Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a Drug Screening
