HORNE is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, strong work ethic, a positive attitude, excellent verbal and written skills, strong computer skills and the ability to work well with others.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prioritize projects assigned by AP Manager
- Prioritize team loads and projects
- Assist in training new team members
- Project management
- Problem solving and error resolution
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Experience leading a team of 3-5 minimum
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Interest in learning new skills and platforms as needed for new projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Solid Data Entry Skills
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years’ Accounts Payable experience
- HR experience a plus

Salary : $40,700 - $51,500
