Independent Driver

Position Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: Daily Pay – Commission-based, cases delivered

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable, independent drivers either with their own truck or AZ could sell and/or make financing available to deliver Arizona beverage products to select retailers. As an Independent Driver, you will be responsible for delivering cases that are assigned to you daily while maintaining a high level of customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy being part of a well-established brand and company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up Arizona beverage products from our warehouse and deliver them to assigned customers based on pre-orders.
• Deliver the cases assigned to you daily, ensuring timely and accurate delivery points.
• Maintain a professional appearance and be a brand representative of Arizona Beverages at each delivery site.
• Lift, load, and unload product, ensuring it is delivered safely and securely.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing any questions or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure all routes are completed within the required time frame.
• Report any delivery discrepancies, delays, or issues to the dispatch team promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle to ensure safe delivery practices.
• Ensure all necessary documentation (delivery receipts, invoices, etc.) is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• CDL Class B license is required.
• Ability to lift and carry as much as (50 lbs.) repeatedly throughout the day.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time efficiently.
• Ability to follow delivery routes and schedules accurately.
• Must be available to complete routes on a daily and timely basis.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and driving for extended periods.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Daily pay – Commission-based on cases delivered.
• Payment is made daily based on the number of cases delivered.
• Flexibility in schedule as an independent contractor.
