Customer Account Representative, Sr.
Overview : Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch is seeking a highly motivated Customer Account Representative to join our Aerospace business in Anaheim, CA. This role involves managing a customer base from quote to order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain customer relationships with focus on handling and resolving inquiries timely. Ability to collaborate and communicate with individuals across all levels of the internal organization.
- Quote and Order Management : Prepare and distribute quotes to customer base to support spares and MRO needs. Perform contract review on customer issued purchase orders for compliance and loading into ERP system.
- Customer Portal Management : Maintain daily customer portal requirements to support account base.
- Disputed Resolution : Engage customer on disputed invoices to drive resolution to a confirmed payment commitment
- Reporting : Prepare internal and external reports to support customer base as needed
