Position Overview
This is a part-time position (30 hours per week). The Event Presentation Associate is responsible for supporting the execution and coordination of both game day and non-game day events. This role requires strong writing and organizational skills to assist in preparing event notes, executive overviews and recaps. You will also serve as the primary event support and act as a secondary point of contact for game day activations and presentations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Run select events and activations as directed by the Senior Manager, taking ownership of logistics, execution and post-event follow-up.
- Write event notes that detail the timeline, flow and key elements of live presentations and activations.
- Draft executive event overviews and recaps, summarizing key takeaways and performance insights for leadership and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary event support, assisting with planning, execution, and day-of logistics for both game day and non-game day events.
- Act as the secondary point of contact for game day events and activations, providing support to the primary event lead and ensuring smooth operations during activations.
- Assist the Senior Manager of Event Presentation with planning, strategy, and coordination of large-scale events and activations.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, game presentation) and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and execution of event logistics.
Required Skills, Experience and Abilities
To perform the job successfully, you will have or demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate event details and executive summaries.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and event partners.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required for event schedules.
- Previous experience in event or live production support is a plus.
