We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Communicate wait times accurately and keep guests informed.
- Provide menus and answer any initial questions about the menu or restaurant.
- Assist in managing the flow of guests during peak hours to ensure efficient service.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant’s services and menu.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the host area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
