Location: Pleasant Grove, UT
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 / year

What are the core responsibilities for the role?
- Process job requests by drafting job descriptions, partnering with hiring managers, and posting positions to our ATS and various Workforce Services websites
- Initiate the onboarding phase of the recruitment process with accurate data entry, including the timely completion of background checks
- Prepare offer letters using standardized templates, route them for necessary approvals, and send finalized offers to candidates
- Register for career fairs at universities near our office locations, coordinate representative attendance, manage swag orders and shipments, and represent the company at events as needed
- Coordinate ASCE sponsorships and engagement activities with Civil Engineering programs, including organizing classroom presentations and related events
- Provide support and take initiative in planning student office visits that highlight our company and its opportunities
- Manage the Employee Referral Bonus Program and New Hire Signing Bonuses
- Manage 5–15 intern and entry-level requisitions concurrently by reviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding applications through to hire
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, administration, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience or familiarity using an Applicant Tracking System
