Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC) is a two -year community / technical college that offers more than 75 associate degree, diploma, and certificate programs for students who are either seeking quick entry into the workforce or desiring to transfer to a senior institution to pursue a bachelor’s degree. HGTC offers three convenient campus locations in South Carolina, including Myrtle Beach, Conway and Georgetown.
The Technology Solutions Division at Horry-Georgetown Technical College is seeking candidates for a Director of Enterprise Systems. The Director is responsible for the strategic oversight, management, and operational performance of the college’s core IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient services across enterprise systems. This role focuses on leading a team of systems administrators, network administrators, and cybersecurity analysts to support critical platforms, including physical and virtual servers, applications, and cloud solutions.

56,210 (Minimum)- $80,105 (Midpoint)
Minimum Requirements :
A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and experience in computer system development and modification. Relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications :
Nutanix administration experience, Microsoft Active Directory (DNS / DHCP / Users and Computers), Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Enterprise SAN Storage experience, PowerShell , Experience building and supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Microsoft Server, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Barracuda Load Balancer, Identity Access Management experience, Single Sign On (SAML) experience, Exchange Online, Experience maintaining cloud infrastructure and services.
