At Horsburgh & Scott, we are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Gearbox Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate projects of varying scope and complexity, ensuring timely delivery of quality products that meet or exceed our customer's needs.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, from conception to delivery. They will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of internal departments and external suppliers, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and managing through any issues that may arise.
In this role, you will serve as a liaison between Estimating, Purchasing, Engineering, and Production to ensure BOM requirements are delivered in a timely manner prior to assembly start dates. You will also create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, including Gantt Charts per customer requests.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project management activities with the Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing functions.
- Serve as a liaison between Estimating, Purchasing, Engineering, and Production.
