Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support the daily operations of our Marketing team. This role involves collaborating on the development of visual materials and contributing to various creative projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong graphic design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Creativity, time management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and preparation of layouts and designs for a variety of materials, including promotional giveaways, apparel, folders, banners, event materials, and other visual communication assets
- Collaborate across teams such as Marketing, Communications and Sales to ensure that branding meets the needs of the company and conveys the intended message
- Engage with suppliers to obtain quotes for marketing materials, evaluate pricing and terms, and ensure timely procurement to meet project and campaign requirements
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records of marketing materials
- Maintain adequate stock levels of promotional materials to support ongoing marketing initiatives and dealer events
- Distribute marketing materials as needed to customers, dealers, and the Sales team
Requirements:
- A degree or currently pursuing a degree/technical certification in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other digital design tools
- Strong command over typography, color theory and visual composition
- Creativity, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Individuals may need to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods.
- The position may require reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist, or lifting up to 50 pounds. Proper lifting techniques are required.
- The performance of this position will require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields.
