Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individual
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Aid with small animal treatments (cats/dogs) if needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide excellent customer service and support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Experience working in the customer service field is a plus
- Familiarity with medical office procedures
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) is a plus, but is not required
- Familiarity with small animals (cats and dogs) is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
