About the Position
Bussers play a vital role in maintaining the rhythm of service by ensuring tables are reset efficiently, the floor stays clean, and guests have everything they need. This role supports both the service and bar teams and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and helping the team succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
- Assist servers by running food, delivering water, and restocking supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, patio, and service areas throughout the shift.
- Ensure floors are clean and safe during service.
- Support bartenders with stocking ice, garnishes, glassware, and other bar essentials.
- Communicate effectively with servers and management to keep service running smoothly.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time

Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or barback preferred.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods.
- California Food Handler’s Card required.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
