What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care and Collections Manager position at HORSEPOWER FINANCIAL, LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Manage Late stage Collections and Reposessions
- Manage End of Term Leases
- Perform Collections activities as needed to resolve unpaid account or delinquent account issues
- Work with Director of Collections Repossession vendors and track progress
- Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
- Participate in selecting collections/repo vendors
- Keep records and status of customer's account
- Ensure all Regulations are followed by the company and its vendors.
- Achieve Company delinquency targets
- Report Collections results
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in collections environment
- Ability and flexibility to manage vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Have intermediate Microsoft office skills of excel, word, etc.
- Be very organized and systematic
- Solutions based critical thinking skills.
- Work with a team to achieve your objectives
- Ability to be both a Player AND a Coach.
