We are seeking a passionate and experienced Equestrian Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equestrian training and education, with the ability to work effectively with students of various ages and skill levels. This role involves teaching riding techniques, managing behavior, and fostering a positive learning environment for all participants.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the skill levels of individual students.
- Educate students on proper horse care, riding techniques, and safety protocols.
- Manage student behavior effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their riding skills and confidence.
- Maintain communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive community for all students.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with students in an educational or coaching capacity is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of equestrian practices, horse care, and riding techniques.
- Experience in related fields such as physical education, childcare, karate, judo, or gym activities is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with students of all ages.
- Ability to manage behavior in a positive manner while promoting respect and teamwork among students.
- A passion for teaching and helping others develop their equestrian skills.
