Your Responsibilities
As a Unit Manager, you’ll:
- Oversee daily resident care, ensuring compliance with long-term care and rehabilitation standards.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality care.
- Lead your nursing team to deliver compassionate and effective care.
- Educate residents and families on conditions, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and promote seamless communication among the nursing staff.
- Manage supplies and equipment to support efficient operations.
- Uphold infection control and medication administration protocols to ensure the health and safety of residents.
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN License in Pennsylvania (required)
- 1 year of supervisory nursing experience
- 2 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
- Strong nursing leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A compassionate approach with a commitment to resident-centered care
