WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
You work full- or part-time from 8 : 00 am - 5 : 15 pm, Monday – Wednesday and 7 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm on Thursday ..
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY INCLUDE?
As a full- or part-time Treatment Coordinator, you're responsible for easing the fears of potential new patients and promoting our dentistry office as the right fit for their orthodontic needs. You proudly represent our doctor and our practice, and you create a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable receiving treatment. As new patients come in for exams, you greet them and build trust in our doctor's abilities.
Following the initial exam, you explain treatment fees, outline our records procedures, and encourage the patient to book additional appointments. By actively listening to patients' expectations, you instill confidence in our office and our doctor. You nurture relationships with patients, families, and dentistry professionals, playing a critical part in our success.
