Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Property and Casualty insurance experience
- Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license
- 3 years of experience managing a large book of business or 3-5 years of business to business sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data to inform client recommendations
- An established network of key influencers, business leaders and community organizations
- Solid business acumen
