Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Pool Attendant to join our team this Summer Season. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests at the pool area.
Duties:
- Maintain a safe and clean pool environment for guests
- Monitor pool activities to prevent accidents and ensure resident & guest safety
- Enforce pool rules and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to all residents and guests.
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and chemical testing
- Set up and organize poolside furniture
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about pool facilities
- Keep bathrooms clean and tidy. Empty trash in pool area and bathrooms
- Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise among guests
Skills:
- Strong speaking skills to effectively communicate with guests
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for all guests
- Ability to work with children and create a fun and safe environment for them
- Conflict management skills to handle any disputes or issues among guests
- Lifeguard certification is preferred but not required
