What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Horton Electrical Services, LLC?
- Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phones and greet visitors
- General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, printing documents, maintaining an electronic and hard copy filing system, mailing and shipping
- Handle requests for information and data
- Preparing documents, including correspondence, reports, blueprints, and emails for jobs.
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Data Entry of purchase orders
- Receive deliveries
- Project support including special projects, data entry, etc.
- Along with any additional assigned duties
Requirements:
- Possess strong multi-tasking, organizational, communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Possess a proactive and can-do attitude
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
