Horton Electrical Services, Inc. is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team!
The Service Manager in Electrical Construction is responsible for managing and overseeing the service operations for the company along with all aspects of smaller projects. This role ensures the timely and efficient completion of service projects, coordinates with the operations team, and manages client relationships to ensure high-quality electrical services and solutions. The Service Manager will also manage technician personnel, ensuring all projects comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Basic Duties :
- Plans, directs, organizes, and oversees all aspects of small projects and our Service Department. Includes, but not limited to scheduling, material acquisition, customer service.
- Cultivated strong relationships with key clients through regular check-ins and personalized service.
- Assumes ownership of all department responsibilities and commits to accountability for meeting all objectives.
- Provides estimates / proposals to clients.
- Manages small projects from inception to close outs.
