We are seeking a skilled Technical Vehicle Services Analyst to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide support for two functions, reviewing and entering incoming vehicle warranty report data onto vehicle history Excel spreadsheets and processing returned warranty parts for coverage through vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Review incoming warranty claim forms for completeness and enter vehicle information.
- Check incoming warranty claim data for billing accuracy and vehicle registration.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to verify accuracy of warranty charges.
- Translate technical vehicle service-related data, codes, and information into vehicle history Excel spreadsheets in subcategories.
