What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRM Administrator position at Horton Lees Brogden Lighting Design Inc.?
HLB Lighting Design is searching for a part-time candidate to assist the firm with data cleanup within its’ Client Relationship Management (CRM) software. As HLB continues to grow and invest in strategic initiatives such as Business Development efforts, geographic expansion, mergers and acquisition, and more, it's critical that our CRM database (VantagePoint) contains accurate client and contact data in order to enhance the team's efficiency. This candidate will report to the Accounting Manager and the Proposal Manager. Skills that are required to successfully complete this role are good communication, attention to detail, strong research capabilities, and a high level of organization.
The CRM Coordinator role will include a phased process focused on cleaning up Contacts and Firms as well as ongoing maintenance. After the first two weeks of the new hire’s start, we will set a goal for the number of records we would like them to complete each week in order to set strategic milestones.
Term: Part-Time
Time Commitment: A maximum of 25-30 hours per week for 9 months
Pay Structure: $23-$25 per hour based on a cap of 30 hours per week. A spot bonus may be paid depending on performance.
