Full-Time Swing Shift Receptionist - 40 Hours
Elegant retirement community is seeking a part-time Receptionist. Join our professional, fun, and friendly Administration team! Hours are 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm Sunday - Thursday. This is a busy position so the ability to work well in a fast environment is essential. Applicant must have experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher. A/P and A/R experience is a plus. Proofreading and detail-oriented work is required. This position requires working closely with a senior population; applicants must have a kind, patient demeanor, a good attitude, and a great team spirit.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Customer Service
Multi-Line Phones
Data Entry
A/P & A/R
Filing
Proofreading
Activity Posters
Emergency Response
This position also requires emergency response for the facility and our senior residents. Must be able to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally. (i.e. fire alarm, resident first-aid, resident fall, etc.)---Training will be provided. Fun, friendly, and organized environment with great teamwork.
