Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have, a strong background in baking and pastry arts. We will also be willing to train the right Candidate. This role involves preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
• Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair to meet customer specifications.
• Package finished products for sale while ensuring freshness and presentation.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and improve existing offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their selections and special orders.
• Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist in ordering as needed.

Skills

• Proficiency in cake decorating techniques to create visually appealing products.
• Strong customer service skills to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Culinary expertise with a focus on food production and preparation methods.
• Experience in catering services is a plus for special events or large orders.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
