Compensation :
70,000 - $160,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Repair and maintain furnaces, air conditioning, and heat pump systems in Beachwood, NJActively seek out potential leads for system replacements and provide basic indoor air quality informationConduct thorough testing to ensure the quality of all services offeredProvide exceptional client service while upholding principles of integrity, transparency, and quality standardsMaintain a positive attitude in this performance-driven role based in Beachwood, NJUtilize expertise with Service Titan software to optimize job performancePerform testing and balancing of airflow and duct systemsEducate customers on enhancements for indoor air qualityQualifications :
To be eligible for the Residential HVAC Service Technician position in Beachwood, NJ, US, candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience leading HVAC service tasks within a residential service and replacement companyProficiency in both line voltage and low voltage electric systems for furnace and air conditioning units is a fundamental requirementCandidates must demonstrate the ability to accurately diagnose issues and provide clients with appropriate repair and replacement solutionsExperience in refrigeration testing and charging is a mandatory qualification for this roleStrong customer service skills are essential for successful performance in this position.
