We’re currently looking for a Senior Project Manager who’s ready to lead with purpose, support others, and drive results.
This role manages and executes service repair and project work across HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Controls, supporting an annual volume of $3M–$5M. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the thick of the work and helping others rise with them.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead repair and project work from estimating through closeout
- Mentor Service Project Managers and provide technical guidance
- Oversee budgets, schedules, labor, and materials
- Build trust with clients through transparency and reliability
- Ensure projects are completed safely, professionally, and profitably
- Support documentation, forecasting, and closeout processes
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in the mechanical industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Controls)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management degree is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to local job sites
