The Service Sales Manager role leads the Service sales function for the Horwitz Direct to Owner client base. This role will lead a team of Account Managers, Business Development Associates and Inside Sales Associates to provide Service solutions for Horwitz clients. This role is aligned with Horwitz's core values : Safe, Accountable, Professional, Motivated, Can-Do, and Curious.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support Sales team in the execution of the Sales Process for assigned territories / accounts
- Conduct joint sales calls with Sales team to coach, develop and establish expectations for Account Management and prospecting activity
- Provide leadership with weekly KPI dashboard including activity, close rate, bid volume, new customer acquisition, etc.
