We’re Hiring: Vice President of Operations | Horwitz
As we grow and invest in the future, we're looking for a Vice President of Operations to help lead the way. This senior-level role will partner directly with our President & CEO to align operations across six construction divisions, strengthen internal systems, and position Horwitz as a continued leader in the MEP space.

What this role will focus on:
- Supporting and aligning our six operating divisions to work more collaboratively and efficiently
- Overseeing project execution with a focus on safety, profitability, customer satisfaction, and quality
- Managing budgets, forecasting, labor planning, and purchasing strategies
- Enhancing our use of technology and standardizing processes across teams
- Driving integration between fabrication, manufacturing, and field operations
- Partnering with leadership on workforce planning and development
- Building strong relationships—internally and externally—to support long-term success
What we’re looking for:
- 15 years of MEP experience in construction operations or executive roles
- Strong financial acumen and proven leadership in project performance
- Experience optimizing processes and integrating technology in project delivery
- A strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
