Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities, managing logistics, inventory, and staff. You’ll ensure that operations run efficiently, with on-time deliveries, accurate inventory, and high levels of productivity.
- Fabrication Coordination: Lead fabrication production by working closely with trades and ensuring that schedules are met and quality standards maintained.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide warehouse staff, promoting a positive and productive workplace where safety and accountability are central.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek out ways to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste in both warehouse and fabrication operations.
- Logistics Management: Ensure timely and accurate movement of materials and products between the warehouse, fabrication shop, and job sites.
- Safety Compliance: Uphold safety as a top priority, making sure that all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure warehouse and fabrication operations align with overall company objectives.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, and/or fabrication production.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Solid understanding of coordinating trades and managing production schedules.
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse and fabrication environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and communicate effectively at all levels.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in warehouse and/or fabrication management.
- Minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership role within warehouse operations, logistics, or fabrication production.
