Front Desk Agent
This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this role. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONTEXT:
· Must be able to perform major life activities: standing, walking, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating.
· Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reach.
· Long hours sometimes required.
· Be available 24/7, weekends, and holidays.
· Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds.

Primary Objectives:
Provide an exceptional Service experience by...
Assist guest with check-in and check-out processes.
Provide information to guest and visitor inquiries.
Process Guest billing/accounting correctly & efficiently
Effective & accurate cash handling
Answer hotel telephones courteously and efficiently
Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean and provide quality beverages and food.
Assist guests with food orders and serves food and beverage items.
Job Requirements:
Flexible Schedule (we operate 24 hrs/day, 365 days a year. Nights & weekends are expected)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with constant guest interaction
Provide a Guest Experience that exceeds their expectations
Must be able to multi-task
Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
Preferred Experience:
Prior hotel front desk experience
Marriott, Hilton, Choice, IHG, or Wyndham experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
