Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Housekeeper to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working with people, we encourage you to apply. Extended stay experience a plus.
A hotel housekeeper you will hotel rooms and public areas clean and in order. You will also perform laundry, maintain supplies, and report maintenance issues.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning: Make beds, vacuum carpets, dust, mop, and sweep
- Sanitizing: Clean and disinfect bathrooms, and ensure toiletries are in place
- Laundry: Wash sheets, towels, and other linens
- Stocking: Stock housekeeping carts and closets
- Inventory: Maintain an inventory of supplies and check it regularly
- Reporting: Report maintenance issues and special requests from guests
- Following procedures: Follow departmental policies and procedures, and health and safety regulations
- Interacting with guests: Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in extended stay hotel housekeeping is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
