Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment for various surfaces, including floor care and industrial cleaning techniques.
- Conduct thorough inspections of rooms and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Manage housekeeping supplies efficiently, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to develop effective cleaning schedules and protocols.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or amenities.
- Maintain an organized work area and adhere to safety guidelines while performing custodial duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and custodial practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
