About Us:
Hosanna House is a residential group home that provides a nurturing environment for foster children aged 3-17. We focus on maintaining sibling bonds by keeping sibling groups together in a supportive, family-like setting.
Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate, team-oriented individuals to join our staff. As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in providing care and stability to the children in our home. Responsibilities include:
- Creating a loving and supportive environment.
- Assisting with daily chores and meal preparation.
- Supporting children with homework and educational needs.
- Demonstrating strong boundaries, teamwork, and compassion.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to obtain an Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
- Must pass a drug screening.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of paid child care experience or related training/education.
- Completion of CPR, First Aid, and CPI training before your first shift.
Schedule:
We are currently hiring for Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM – 8 PM, with potential weekday shifts available.
