Shop Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking people to join our team. We specialize in hydraulic hose and tube manufacturing. We also specialize in hydraulic cylinder repair. We are looking for a overall labor to help with shop duties. The job will consist of assisting in hose, tube and cylinder repair/manufacturing. While not assisting with manufacturing process you will be moved to the warehouse for small inventory clerk duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Perform general site clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal and team safety on-site.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required, including assisting with installations or repairs.
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.

Experience

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential traits for success in this role.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
