Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. A self driven individual without sales experience is also welcome to apply. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales deals while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Sales Generation : Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our automotive inventory, features, and specifications. Educate customers on vehicle options, financing, and aftermarket products to meet their needs and preferences.
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Consultative Selling : Conduct needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and preferences. Recommend vehicles and additional products based on their budget, lifestyle, and usage.
- Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers. Close sales transactions efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Documentation and Follow-Up : Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently to finalize sales transactions. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, pricing strategies, and product improvements.
- Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with the sales team, finance department, and other departments to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications :
Proven track record in automotive sales or a related field. (We offer training if you don't have automotive sales experience.)Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.If you are a results-driven sales professional with a passion for automobiles, we encourage you to apply for our Automotive Sales Representative position. POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Consultant is directly responsible for selling vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus on understanding and meeting customer needsExplain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on roadCompute and quote sales price (including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discounts) and requirements for financing payment of vehicle on creditDemonstrate the ability to negotiate and be capable of addressing customer hesitationSuggest optional equipment for customer to purchaseArrange for delivery and registration of vehicleIntroduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to customers the quality and efficiency of the dealership's service operationsMaintain and utilize CRM database in a thorough and ethical mannerWork with the Sales Manager to set personal sales goals and follow a method to achieve those objectives through training and consultationsKeep up-to-date on new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefits to customersPerform other duties and responsibilities as neededEXPECTATIONS
