Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to oversee project cost estimation, bidding, scheduling, and execution. Responsibilities include analyzing project plans, preparing competitive bids, negotiating with vendors, and managing budgets. The role requires coordinating with teams to ensure efficient resource allocation, monitoring project progress, conducting site inspections, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Strong financial oversight, client communication, and risk management are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in cost analysis, contract management, and process improvement to drive project efficiency and profitability.
Experience and Education:
- 5-10 years of experience in construction, contracting, or a related field. Previous roles as an estimator, project manager, or site supervisor is preferred
- Familiarity with project bidding processes, contract negotiation, and managing project budgets
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore
- Experience with scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or related field is preferred
