Job Summary:
We are looking for an experience Traveling Concrete Superintendent to oversee concrete construction projects across Wyoming, South Dakota, and Colorado. This role requires frequent travel to job sites to supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing on-site operations, enforcing safety protocols, conducting inspections, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with project managers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in concrete construction, strong leadership skills, and the flexibility to travel as needed.
Experience and Education:
- 5-10 years of experience in concrete construction project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects
- In-depth understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in leading and motivating a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or related field is preferred
